Return and Refund Policy

1. Services (Training Programs and Coaching)

  • Once a training program or coaching session has begun, fees are generally non-refundable, since resources and instructor time are allocated in advance.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you may request rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. We will attempt to provide alternative times within reason.
  • If Veritasum cancels or cannot deliver a service for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled service at no extra charge.

2. Digital Products (Guides, Recordings, Online Materials)

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivery or access has occurred, due to their nature.
  • If a file is defective or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed.

3. Physical Goods (Printed Materials, Course Kits)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at privacy@veritasum.com. We will provide return instructions.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Processing of Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are initiated within 14 business days of approval. Actual crediting times depend on the payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed training sessions and delivered coaching time are non-refundable, as the service has already been provided.
  • Custom-prepared course content or personalized program adjustments are non-refundable, as they are uniquely created for each participant.
